Set up your Comstor/Westcon Group account:
  A. Complete and submit your Westcon Group Credit Application.

Special Instructions: Be sure to fill out all documents completely. Don’t miss adding your initials to Page 2. Provide all supporting documents listed on Page 1 under “Attachments.” Failure to attach proper documentation or submitting incomplete paperwork can delay your new account set-up.

Comstor/Westcon Group utilizes electronic invoicing and requires a valid e-mail address to enable invoices to be forwarded to your company’s Accounts Payable Department.
 
  B. Provide ALL of your tax documents. Please take the time to complete the appropriate forms and submit the correct information. By submitting the correct tax information upfront, we can ensure that you are charged Sales Tax at the appropriate time.
