The momentum of the Cisco Smart Services strategy continues to build. Smart services provide faster problem resolution, more value from technology investments, and drive innovation for competitive advantage.
Cisco is announcing their newest portfolio of smart services called Collaborative Professional Services. In this economy, we know engineering and technical staff are often short staffed and spread thin. There isn’t bandwidth to address every technical need. Also, support can be critical if you have recently achieved a new certification and are beginning to engage with customers around a new architecture.
With Collaborative Professional Services, you’ll receive Cisco resources to assist with network designs, assessments, migration, and implementation plans freeing up technical staff to focus on your customers. CPS can also be purchased on an as-needed basis effectively lowering the cost and risk of growing your professional services practice.
