System Engineers and Presales Engineers with an existing background in Unified Communications needing Multi-Vendor Unified Communications product, solution and design experience.

Prerequisites

Delegates must have good working knowledge of Unified Communications and associated protocols and be competent in Cisco Networking (CCVP desirable); Bring Wi-Fi enabled laptop to course.

Main Topics


This pre-sales workshop will transfer the knowledge to design solutions around customer business requirements, focusing on the Communication Enabled Business Process and Collaboration Enabled Business Transformation requirements necessary to correctly create a user solution.

By addressing the products, services and solutions of each of the primary unified communications vendors, Cisco and Microsoft, delegates will gain a full understanding on the adoption and user drivers for designing multivendor solutions.

This session provides a hands-on workshop allowing the sales and presales consultants to experience the user drivers, providing authority when selling solutions into your customer base and a basis for comparison through experience. Delegates will gain an understanding of Unified Communications in a virtual environment.
